Heavy Duty Aluminium Construction
The original Toyota roof is removed and replaced with our purpose built roof structure, manufactured using heavy duty 3 mm aluminium extrusions and premium 316 stainless steel hardware.
The system incorporates four gas struts for smooth opening and closing, a heavy duty 316 stainless steel piano hinge and integrated external mounting rails for additional touring accessories.
Fully Insulated Roof & Sleeping Area
Unlike a basic pop top system, the Mission 4x4 Roof Conversion incorporates 35 mm thermal insulation in both the main upper roof and the bed section, helping reduce heat transfer and improve comfort in hot and cold conditions.
The sleeping area features a 75 mm high density foam mattress, providing a comfortable and supportive sleeping platform for extended trips.
Our premium 380 GSM ripstop polycotton canvas is selected for its strength, durability and suitability for Australian touring conditions.
